Returns

At Omoka Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
